The 160 sq. m villa is an impeccably designed luxurious house and great care and attention can be seen in every detail of decoration and furniture which have truly high qualities. It can accommodate 6 people in beds.

Indoor layout
Entering the villa on the ground floor on the left side, there is a fully equipped island style kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances, an open-bar and a round table . Entering in the living room there is a large sofa , two armchairs, a fireplace, a satellite 55” smart HDTV including Netflix, and an indoor dining area. The open plan area opens to both front balcony with an impeccable view and the back yard, the front yard has a spacious veranda with sitting area and an outdoor dining area
The right side of the ground floor hosts three bedrooms, one of them is the master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom . The other 2 bedrooms have a double bed and 2 single beds respectively (the single beds can be transformed to be a double one if needed). One of the bedrooms have accesses to the front yard . Additionally there are two more bathrooms with shower en-suited in every bedroom.
Outdoor area
More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
– 2 outdoor dining areas
· one in the inner yard in the ground floor- for relaxing in the garden surrounded by olive trees, citrus trees and other.
· one in the upper area where you can enjoy a magnificent view.
The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.
